Skill wise, use a desecrate wand initially to spawn your corpses. I'm still missing a +2 Anni, and +3 armor but even now the build is insanely OP. I'm currently running +53 skellies and they melt maps and bosses.

surge > surge > surge > surge > overpowered surge (with rathma possibly shortening it a little to like 75%). Surge and lance both benefit just like any other damage to the vulnerable multiplier in every hit that doesn’t overpower - which is like ~ 80%+ of hits, especially with blood-bathed aspect for surged. Yeah i think this is a bit flawed thinking tbh. Attack speed is about the only other thing that really has much of an impact, alongside some other exceptions that explicitly interact with overpower. Necros that primarily use blood skills for damage don’t really care about vuln% or applying it at all, because OP damage pretty much only scales with itself, along with life/fortify.
